• DO IT YOURSELF - These fittings are used to properly tension cable strands in a DIY cable railing project.

• ALL-PURPOSE - These threaded tensioners can be used on all sorts of posts, from 4x4's down to 2-inch pipes.

• FUNCTIONAL - Use on one end or both ends of your strands for maximum tensioning ability.

• DECORATIVE - Terminals are primarily housed within end posts with only the stainless nuts and caps exposed on the outside of the post.

• HIGH-GRADE STAINLESS STEEL - These terminals are made of T316 marine-grade steel that offers maximum durability in harsh climates.

Extra Long Threaded Terminals provide tensioning for your cables and is typically used for longer runs where more tensioning ability is required. These Terminals have 7-1/2" of take-up and are the most traditional way of installing a cable railing and are paired with a second Terminal, a Deck Toggle or a Stemball Swage. They can be used in any type of end post: wood posts, aluminum or steel and are good for indoor or outdoor applications. The Terminals are T316 "marine grade" stainless steel and include a Stainless Hex Nut and Cap Nut. The Terminal hand-crimps onto the ends of your cable runs using a Hand Crimper Tool. Stainless Steel Washers are recommended for wood posts.
